Your monthly Hub CRM subscription includes a credit of up to $50AUD, to be put towards email, phone and SMS.

Only pay for usage and save money with some of the industries lowest pricing for texts, starting at $ 0.015 per text (160 characters of less).

What are the rates for carrier fees with The Hub?
  • Making Calls: $0.026/minute
  • Receiving Calls: $0.017/minute
  • Text Messages: $0.015/sms segment
  • Emails: $0.0014/email

These rates are current as of October 26, 2022. The only reason these rates will ever increase is if the carriers (Optus, Telstra, Vodafone, etc.) raise their fees they charge providers. Until then, you can assume that these rates are current! We are fighting to keep phone rates low.
How often will I get charged for sending out texts/calls now?
You control this based on your settings and how much you text/call. You can set the "auto recharge with" and the "when balance is lower than" settings.
Why do we need to submit a Proof of Business ID?
Both Twilio and our customers must adhere to local phone number regulations. To help you comply with these regulations and minimize the risk of disruption to your phone numbers, we maintain an up-to-date, country-by-country guide of phone number regulatory requirements.

Local regulations often require providing adequate identity documentation to carriers or a local enforcement agency. To avoid urgent escalations from regulators, we urge you to provide the required information for each country.

What if I don't want to pay for calls or texts?
No problem, you still have access to all of the other features of The Hub! The phone system is an optional tool inside The Hub that you do not have to use if you don't want to.
Does this have any effect on my monthly subscription?
This has nothing to do with your monthly subscription. Paying for your texts/calls and paying for your monthly subscription are completely separate things. If you need to update the payment method for your monthly subscription, please. CLICK HERE.
Can I change the payment method of how I am getting charged?
Yes, and we have made it so easy! Simply click on settings, then navigate to "company billing" and change your card on that screen. You can also change the auto recharge settings.
