By accessing or using the Website or any associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. By accessing or using Tradie Web Guys’ services, including the Tradie Hub CRM, Database Reactivation (DBR) campaign, and other offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Tradie Web Guys is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Spam Act 2003, and any other relevant legislation. For a detailed explanation of how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide our services, including contact details, payment information, and data for CRM and DBR campaign usage. This may include information you directly submit or authorize us to access.
Data Usage: Data is used solely for service provision, improvement, and customer support. We will not share or sell your data to third parties without consent unless required by law.
Data Security: We implement appropriate measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security; by using our services, you acknowledge this limitation.
Tradie Web Guys offers a 30-day free trial of the Tradie Hub CRM for new users to evaluate our platform. By signing up for the trial, you agree to these terms:
Eligibility and Scope: The trial is limited to new users and applies strictly to CRM use within the scope of evaluating Tradie Hub’s services. Certain features or limits may apply.
Trial Period: The trial lasts 30 consecutive days from the registration date.
Non-Billable Access: CRM access during the trial is free of charge for eligible features and services.
At the end of the 30-day trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription:
Subscription Pricing: Post-trial, you will be charged the monthly rate for your selected plan:
Starter 30 Plan: $197 per month (AUD)
Starter 30 Plan: $199 per month (AUD)
Grow Plan: $497 per month (AUD)
Billing Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize Tradie Web Guys to charge the subscription fee automatically after the trial ends and monthly thereafter.
Tradie Hub provides a “Done With You” service. We offer software solutions and assist you in implementing your marketing plan. Our involvement includes providing the tools necessary for marketing success, but ultimate responsibility for implementation remains with you. We do not act as a sole marketing provider but as a partner in your marketing efforts.
User Data: All data entered by the account holder (the "user") into the Tradie Hub system remains the sole property of the user. Tradie Hub will maintain confidentiality and security over user data in accordance with our privacy policy, but we do not claim ownership over user data.
Intellectual Property: All systems, domains, websites, automation processes, and intellectual property developed or used by Tradie Hub, including proprietary software, are owned by Tradie Hub.
Upon termination of service, users do not have the right to transfer or retain any such intellectual property, including system access, domains, or website files. These remain the exclusive property of Tradie Hub.
To cancel your subscription (Starter or Grow Plans), a minimum 4-month commitment is required. Following this initial period, services will continue on a month-to-month basis. To cancel month-to-month services, you must submit a written request at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in an additional payment before the cancellation takes effect. The cancellation will be confirmed by email.
Services and digital products are offered on a customisable basis, tailored to your individual needs. The pricing will be determined after an initial assessment of your requirements, and all prices will include applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges as required by law. Pricing is subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any changes to your service fees.
Starter Plan – One Page Website Inclusions
Basic Features: Services, About The Company, Gallery, Areas Serviced, Offers, A contact form, links to social media profiles, and essential on-page SEO setup (meta tags, descriptions).
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions limited to the initial scope. Changes outside of this scope or additional features may incur extra costs.
Scope: Covers one webpage only. Additional pages or advanced functionality are not included.
Exclusions:
Domain registration, hosting and post-launch updates are not included unless specified in writing. Additional services may be quoted separately.
Database Reactivation (DBR) Campaign Terms
The Database Reactivation (DBR) campaign is an optional service offered to reconnect with your existing and past contacts. By engaging in the DBR campaign, you agree to the following:
Tradie Web Guys will provide CRM access for campaign management only:
Non-Billable CRM Access: No subscription fee is charged for CRM use within the DBR campaign scope.Scope Limitations: CRM access under this provision is exclusively for DBR-related contact management. Extended use outside the campaign may require a subscription.
The DBR campaign incurs certain client-borne costs:
SMS Costs: All SMS fees are client responsibilities. Fees are based on actual usage and invoiced monthly, or a prepaid fund may be required.
Phone and Call Charges: All call charges, including carrier fees, are the client's responsibility.
Email Costs: Any third-party email distribution fees or excess usage charges will also be client-borne.
There are no hidden CRM costs. Only the specified communication expenses apply.
Liability for Campaign Outcomes
Tradie Web Guys provides the DBR campaign on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for data accuracy and compliance with Australian law:
Data Accuracy: The client must verify contact data for accuracy and legality.
Performance Disclaimer: No guarantees are made for engagement, response, or conversion rates. Tradie Web Guys assumes no responsibility for outcomes affected by data or audience response.Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any losses from DBR results, including business impacts or reputational harm.
Clients must adhere to applicable Australian laws:
Consent Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring contact consent for communications.
Prohibited Content: Campaigns using unlawful, deceptive, or harassing tactics are grounds for termination.
Campaign Cancellation and Termination
Campaigns may be canceled or terminated under the following conditions:
Client Cancellation: Written notice is required at least 1 business days before termination. No refunds for incurred costs.
Tradie Web Guys Termination: We may terminate for compliance breaches, misuse, or non-payment. Unpaid balances remain due.
When making a purchase on the Website, you will choose a third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) to process your payment information. Tradie Hub does not store your payment details. The accepted payment methods include American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Tradie Hub is not liable for any issues arising from transactions processed by third-party payment processors.
Base subscriptions (Starter and Grow) are subject to a minimum 4-month commitment unless otherwise stated, after which services will continue on a month-to-month basis until a 7-day written notice is given to cancel.
No refunds will be issued for any purchases. All sales are final, and there is no money-back guarantee.
If we require a deposit or advance payment, it will be applied to your service or product. Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once the work or service has commenced, regardless of any subsequent cancellation by either party.
We warrant that our services will be performed:
With reasonable care and skill;
In line with specified outcomes or the agreed scope of work;
Within a reasonable time frame.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to cancel a service contract for major failures and claim compensation for any unused portion of the service.
For digital products, we guarantee that they will:
Be of acceptable quality;
Match the description provided at the time of sale;
All warranty claims must be made in writing and submitted immediately after a defect or issue is discovered.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from events outside our control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or governmental actions.
Service Availability: Tradie Web Guys makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service operation.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service engagement.
Client Data: Tradie Web Guys will keep client data secure and confidential, only accessing and using it to provide the agreed-upon services.
Tradie Web Guys’ Information: Clients may not disclose, share, or misuse confidential information about our technologies, processes, or business practices without express permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradie Hub, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales. In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt informal resolution before proceeding to formal litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Website. Continued use of the Website following such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
